Just listened to to both versions back to back a few times. The original is something to listen to on a fast open road turned up to ELEVEN. It starts slow, like pulling away from the A34 traffic lights at Chieveley, and by the time you join the M4 westbound, MIRROR MIRROR in the outside lane at 125mph. And it slows down as you get to the traffic lights at junction 19 for the M32 🙂 This acoustic version though, best listened to, led in bed after a hard day, and turned down to about three. A lullaby that doesn't get your heart pumping. For me, the lyrics work for both versions.

14.5 hour shift today, and home with a beer and this song. Doing something similar tomorrow. Joe, I'm a Bristolian that has lived in Thatcham for 25 years. An idea for a song, we've swapped places to live 🙂

Did sit in the front row and drummed along at your gig at Arlington last month. Now annoying one of my teenage daughters, both have learnt guitar for years, eldest currently working for a year for Berkshiree Maestros at St. Barthlomew teaching guitar, but youngest by playing your album on school runs home.
